Fangirling

Do you ever get really excited when you are watching a movie or something you enjoy? Does it get to the point where you laugh at something that really isn't funny at all? When you look back are you ashamed? Yeah...me too. Well that my friends is called fangirling. At least that's what it is to me.
This explains it A LOT better than I did...
There are only a couple of things that will make me act in this manner.
  1. Multiple characters in Detective Conan
  2. Pentatonix
  3. Starkid
Anyway I was fangirling a while ago and then thought to myself "This is typically how girls act when they are extremely excited about something. So...how do the male species act?" Do they act all cool and are like "Yeah bro. That's my favorite band/movie/person/whatever!" Or do they just talk about how cool it is with their friends? Or do they giggle and squeal in excitement while watching their favorite thing in their room with no one around? I just can't picture it but I feel like they have to get really excited in some manner? How do they do it?! I don't understand!

That's pretty much all I had to say about this. What causes you to fangirl? If you are of the male species how do you "fangirl"? If you are of the female species how do you fangirl? Let me know! Don't make me feel like the only one acting like an idiot! ...Stay classy and remember that it is perfectly normal to get extremely excited about something you enjoy.

Quick Update

Hello there everyone! I realize I haven't posted anything in two weeks. I apologize for that but college started. Two weeks ago I was moving into the dorm and then last week was labor day and I just didn't feel like posting anything. Sorry.

Anyway I shall try to continue to post weekly but if I miss a week please don't kill me. I think I'm going to move my normal posting days to Saturday because I tend to end up waiting on people to wake up so that we can go get breakfast together. So posts on Saturdays not Fridays!

There will be an actual post about college coming too. I will probably post it next week since I will have experienced everything I'm going to be doing by then. If something new is added I will let you know!

Stay classy and don't forget to enjoy the adventure of life! You never know what is going to happen so take it one day at a time! Look for a post tomorrow!

In the Future: Fangirling, College Observations, and of course the history of Nail Polish (goodness when am I actually going to talk about these things?!)

Kenichi Ebina

So welcome to another random post. I was going to make Tuesday "Random Post Tuesday" but then I realized that I do that all the time anyway. So here is your random post of the week.

Have you seen Kenichi Ebina? He is currently on America's Got Talent and he is just so good. Before I go on talking about how amazing he is I just want to say that I pretty much gave up on most of the reality/competition TV shows. I just think that all the good judges are gone and when people vote it isn't always the talent that they are focused on. I do watch The Voice though, just because of Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. They are hilarious and make it so much fun to watch.

Anyway here is Kenichi Ebina's audition:

I don't know if you can tell by the thumbnail but that's freaking awesome. I would just like to make a few remarks. Right before he actually starts to dance he is confused about where to put his microphone (I would be too. I mean you don't want to put it somewhere where you are going to step on it and then kill yourself). Anyway you can just tell the the judges think that he isn't going to be good. Then he does the head thing and everything else and totally proves him wrong!

Right after the head thing he then says "Yeah I'm good." I think that is just awesome. He's like "Yeah. I'm awesome. What are you going to do about it?" Then when he does the falling backwards and getting up with no hands. WHAT THE HECK?! How is that even possible? That is freaking amazing. That probably deals with like a million and one muscles and to do it that easily. What the heck?

Well there is my little bit of excitement. Also just because I like it when the judges are totally wrong here is a video of Terry Fator:

The quality isn't the best so I apologize for that. Anyway once again the judges were totally wrong on how much talent somebody had. Oh! You should know that this was the second season of America's Got Talent and none of those judges are on it anymore. Also Terry Fator won and now has a show in Vegas. So you should go check him out.

I hope you enjoyed this random post where I shared some of the people I think are really talented to you. Stay classy and remember that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

Favorite Characters

I have a major issue when it comes to choosing my favorite characters. A few years ago it was a huge crisis. Every single one of my favorite characters died, was evil, turned evil, was evil and died, and many other combinations that I doubt you even thought were possible! It really is my fault because I refuse to let my favorite character be a main character mainly because they don't die and what's the fun without some risk right? That's probably why they all die.

I won't bore you with all the different ways my favorite characters have died I will just share two of the worst one's with you (funny to you but worst to me). Anyway onto the stories!

Bryce Larkin = my favorite character
To start things off have you ever seen the show Chuck? It was my favorite show for the five seasons it was on air. Anyway my favorite character was this guy named Bryce Larkin played by Matthew Bomer. Anyway he was the main characters roommate in College. Anyway he gave Chuck (the main character) the "Intersect" which pretty much changed his life forever. Anyway when he sent the Intersect to Chuck I was under the assumption that he died. Then he was miraculously brought back to life by some magical new form of medicine. So that was really exciting for me because I was really happy he was alive and hoped I would see more of him. Then it turns out he is one of the bad guys. That really bums me out but I get over it because I figure I will see more of him and it will be really exciting none the less. Then Chuck shoots him and he dies. Yep. That made me sad. The end of another one of my favorite characters. To sum up: he died, he came back, he turned evil, he died again.

Chadder the Chipmunk
Next story! This one is extremely pathetic, just so you know. Anyway I would help out with VBS (Vacation Bible School) at my church by helping my father show the Chadder the Chipmunk videos they would always show. Well this time the video was sea related. So there was a boat with a skipper and the second mate. The second mate (if that's really what he's called) had a mop. The mop was really cool. It would be wearing goggles and hats and whatever else was needed for the scene. It was just awesome. Well eventually the wheel for the ship broke. Do you see what's coming? The only way to save them was to fix the steering wheel. So...the second mate broke the mop in half. Yes. My favorite character, A MOP, died. Pathetic. The was the lowest point of my favorite character crisis.

My favorite characters go through a lot. Believe it or not that's not even the worst thing that's happened to them. I have had a favorite character die at least twice and still isn't dead. So there you go. If you have any terrible favorite character stories or want to hear more of mine let me know! Stay classy and remember that it's okay if your favorite character dies, it just means they are awesome.

P.S. Why do all the cool people die?! What the heck!

In the future: Fangirling, History of Nail Polish, and a Random Post! Well, that should be interesting.

Sesame Street Meets Will.i.am.

Just a heads up. This is a really random post. I wrote it a while ago and just decided I would post it because why not? Plus I'm really tired. Hopefully next week there will be an better post. :)

In my Biology class my teacher starts off reading a bunch of fun facts to start the class (I would like to share some of them with you but I can never remember what they were). After reading the fun facts she then told us about a song that has been playing in her house 24/7. This is the song she played:

This song has like 25 million views and is actually pretty fun. I enjoyed it and the chorus was stuck in my head. Even right now it is stuck in my head. I don't know why but I felt like sharing this song with you. It's not everyday you see Will.i.am singing with the characters from Sesame Street. Did you think he looked really bored and like he didn't want to be there? Yeah. Me too. Oh well I'm assuming he survived. Although I have to say that Sesame Street was a whole lot cooler seven years ago then it is now.
~Scooby

P.S. I hope you aren't like Will.i.am in that song while reading my blog.

Liebster Award

What in the world?! A post not on Friday? Well that's new. You're Welcome. Just Kidding. Wow. That's a lot of really short sentences...

Anyway if you read the title and are confused let my try and explain what this post is about. I was nominated for the Liebster Award by Riley at Smiles No Matter :) (<-- click me!!!). So thanks for that Riley! You should check out her blog where she writes all sorts of inspirational stuff! It will make you smile...just like the title says.

*Warning! This is will be extremely long! Leave now if you don't want to read for a long time!*

What is the Liebster Award? Honestly I'm not entirely sure. All I really know is the rules and I will share those with you in a moment. However, I'm pretty sure that it is pretty much this fun little survey thing that also gives us a chance to explore the world of blogs! Hooray for exploring!

Okay enough of my random ramblings about pretty much nothing. Here are the rules:
  1. Tell your readers 11 facts about yourself.
  2. Answer 11 questions asked by your nominator.
  3. Nominate other bloggers (with less than 200 followers) to receive this award and make 11 questions that they have to answer.
  4. Tell them that would have nominated them!
Sound good? Okay well lets get started with 11 facts about me you may or may not know.
  1. My favorite musical group is a five person acapella group called Pentatonix. I don't think I have every been more excited or obsessed about a musical group. Ever.
  2. I have two cats!
  3. I used to play the piano.
  4. I used to play tee ball. I was extremely little. The first year I was one of two girls on the team. The next year I was the only girl on the team. Then I moved on to softball.
  5. All of my serious injuries have happened on a playground. Playground are dangerous!
  6. I want to be a nerd. Maybe not so much of a nerd that I know whether or not Luke Skywalker is left handed or not, but enough of a nerd that I had played all the Mario, Zelda, and such games. Is that weird?
  7. I have never finished watching a whole hockey game even though I have been to two of them and found them somewhat interesting. I just had to leave for various reasons.
  8. Pretty much all of my favorite characters in anything either die, are evil, turn evil, or in the most extreme case "dies", turns evil, and then dies again. Actually I think another one of my favorites might have "died" three times and is still around. Man, my favorite characters go through a lot.
  9. Speaking of favorite characters, I have a rule that my favorite character can't be a main character. That's probably why they all die.
  10. My favorite colors are neon orange and neon green. No...they don't go together very well. It's kind of sad.
  11. I am obsessed with erasers. I have at least a hundred if not more.
And now it's time for the question Riley has asked:

What is a topic that you can talk about for hours?

For hours?! Oh gosh that's a long time. I don't really talk about anything for hours that often because I say what I want to say and then I'm done with it. If I had to choose though it would probably be anything video related (like a movie, TV show, anime, etc.) just because you can keep watching it and having new things to talk about after watching a new episode or movie from the series. Plus if you have already seen it and you watch it again you can express your excitement or astonishment when you discover something you never noticed before.

What is your favorite movie?

Gosh that's hard too. I have this idea in my mind that each movie has their own aspect that make them unique which makes it kinda hard for me to pick a favorite. If I had to choose it would either be Tangled or How to Train Your Dragon

If you could go anywhere in the world and with anyone, where would you go and with whom?

If I could go anywhere in the world I would go to the eastern hemisphere and I would go with my friends. Did I cheat the question by saying a hemisphere? Oh well. ...Oh alright. If I have to choose one specific place it would probably Australia or New Zealand and yes still with my friends. I don't think I am capable of picking one person to go with me.

Why do you blog?

Well I started blogging because I knew I was going to need to rant to someone/something and actually feel like I was being heard. I was in a rough patch because I had a question in my head that expressed my annoyance with the world. It was "Who do you complain to when you want to complain about everyone?" Yeah. I was really annoyed. So I made a blog. Why do I blog now? Well it keeps me sane and its not like I have anything better to do some days right?

If you only had five sentences left to say before losing the ability to speak, what would you say?

"I only have five sentences left in my entire life?! How is that even possible what kind of disease or malfunction am I experiencing? Wait! Could I just never end my sentences and always be able to speak? That would be nice."
*in my mind*
Sounds goo--wait! Why isn't any noise coming out of my mouth? Crap! I already used my five sentences! Gosh dang it!

If you wanted some really deep answer I'm sorry. I don't think I'm capable of providing one for you.

Who is your favorite character in fiction?

Um...probably Scooby Doo. If you couldn't tell by my alias. However, I have many many many many favorite characters many of which die. A lot of them also come from mystery related shows because they are just so awesome.

What is a song you could listen to on replay for hours?

Again. Hours is an extremely long time. That's like listening to a normal length song more than 30 times. I would probably get sick of the song after that long. But since I have to choose it would be Running Just to Catch Myself by Mark Schultz. It doesn't have an official music video but this is better than a lyrics video right? So the guy in the video isn't Mark Schultz.

I like this song just because its so much fun and the lyrics are actually rather funny. Not to mention its over 5 minutes so I wouldn't hear it as many times in one hour.

Describe yourself in 3 words!

I am weird. Oh wait did you want three adjectives? I don't do well with describing myself.

There is a snow day and school was cancelled--what do you do?

Realistically or what I wish happened? Realistically sit at home watching a movie, play a video game, maybe read, and of course sleep. What I wished happened is I would go sledding and build a snow fortress with my friends. Then go inside have delicious hot cocoa and apple cider. Maybe watch a movie or something. I don't know, the point is I would be with my friends. However, since it's a snow day I can't exactly drive anywhere which means I'm stuck in my neighborhood where I don't really know people.

What is your favorite book, and why?

Favorite book? Oh goodness. I really don't know. Maybe Harry Potter because I think that was really when I got more into actually reading. Either that or the Pendragon series. That was a really fun series that I feel like not very many people actually know about. However, I really don't think I have a book that I've read multiple times.

What is your favorite quotation?

I don't really have a favorite quote that is inspirational if that's what you're looking for. Otherwise it would either have to be "They popped out of the snow! Like daisies!" by Mushu in Mulan just because its amazing how he says that. The other quote needs the previous remarks to actually make sense. So here we go:
"Zoinks!" -Shaggy
"Rikes!" - Scooby
"Jeepers!" - Daphne
"Jinkies!" -Velma
"... Dang! I still don't have a catch phrase!" - Fred
Poor Fred. I don't know why but that's the quote that always pops into my head because it's rather ironic. A quote about not having a catch phrase (or quote). ...Well I think it's funny. That's from Scooby Doo and the Samurai Sword if you were interested. I really enjoyed that movie.
Oh! There's another one! Sorry I can't really decide which is my favorite... "It was the first new century in one hundred years." I really like that quote just because it's true and has this sort of excitement in it. It is from the first introduction song of Detective Conan which is an anime. There you go. Officially done. :D

Okay now for my nominees!

Congratulations all of you wonderful people!

And my questions to you are:
  1. If you could be any ice cream flavor what flavor would you be? (Keep in mind that the tastier you are the more likely you are to be eaten)
  2. What is your favorite smell?
  3. What is your pick-me-up? So what do you do/eat/whatever when you are feeling upset or sad to make yourself feel better?
  4. Quick! What's the first thing that comes to mind when you hear: marshmallow
  5. If you were a super hero what would your weakness be?
  6. What is your favorite lyric from a song?
  7. Favorite thing to do on an extremely hot summer day.
  8. If you could create the name for the color of a crayon what would it be?
  9. What is something you don't understand about the world (it can be anything you want).
  10. What is your favorite planet? (For purposes of my questions we are going to say that Pluto is a planet since it's my favorite so if you want to choose Pluto you can!).
  11. Explain your hopes for your blog in two sentences
Well there you have it! I hope you enjoyed this post. Stay classy and remember that you are a unique individual who is awesome and super duper incredible!

P.S. So this post has taken me way too long to actually write. So it is long overdue and I apologize that it took me five million years....even though you probably didn't know I was doing it.

YOLO

Hello once again everyone! I don't know if you have heard this saying that was pretty happy. YOLO? Ever heard of it? How do you feel about it? Personally I think its rather stupid. Not because I don't think its true that you only live once and that you shouldn't live it to the fullest. My main problem is how people use it. People will say I'm going to do this because YOLO. Well yeah but should you really be fighting a bear because YOLO? I don't think so. If YOLO then you should hide in a closet until the bear is gone so you don't die and lose that one life you have! You silly silly people.

These people actually made a song about it. I found it rather fun and thought I would share it with you because it expresses my annoyance in a fun musical way.

Well there you go! I hope you enjoyed that little song. I feel like I said this before but YODO, you only die once. Make sure you make it count. Just kidding. Stay classy and make sure you enjoy your life but don't do something stupid just because YOLO.

Nail Polish

How the heck did someone decide to create nail polish? Were they just looking at their nails and thought: "Grrrroooooooossssssss! My nails look so normal...and flesh colored! I wish my nails were like Barbs nails."  I mean what the heck? Why did we suddenly decide that us girls (and some guys) need to make our nails different colors?

I paint my toenails because I think it makes my feet look gross but recently I have been looking at my toenails and thinking that it is really weird. Why do we think that rainbow colored nails are more attractive? I just don't understand.

How did they make nail polish in the first place? Did they randomly take some paint and put it on their nails? Or did they put wrap their fingers except for their nails and then put their fingers in some dye? Like how the heck did the very first prototype (?) of nail polish come into existence? I don't know. Do you?

Why did they decide that they needed to make it super sticky? It's so hard to get the nail polish off of your fingers when it's so sticky! When I'm trying to get it off my nails because it's pretty much gone it takes way too long! And I'm getting a arm/hand work out while I'm scrubbing it off.

Even though the nail polish is super sticky After one stinking day it chips! What the heck?! Don't do that! After like a week all the nail polish will be gone except for on my pinky finger and thumb. How does that work? I'm not sure.

Waiting for the nail polish to dry is also a very annoying part. It takes soooooo looooonnnngggg! Plus if you do a lot of layers you can rub some of it off. Basically it's not completely dry until like 24 hours later. What the heck! I can't tell you how many time I have painted my nails three hours before I go to bed and then when I wake up the next day I have little patterns from my sheets. So confusing.

Sad but true
People need to make an easier way to paint nails. I can paint one hand just fine but once I get to the other hand all my hard work fails. It takes forever and looks terrible. With my uncoordination (not a word, I don't care, you get my meaning) with my non-dominate hand and unintentional girly hand movements because of the nail polish on that hand I just end up failing. Does that make sense?

Whenever I do my nails in my room I always have the nail polish remover. By the time I finish my nails my room smells like nail polish remover and stays that way for the next day. Can we please find a scentless nail polish remover?! That would make me extremely happy.

Okay I admit I got into a little bit of a rant and started to ramble. Now for my final point that I actually wanted to make when I started this post. Why do we feel the need to make our normal colored body parts different colors? Tattoos are the same way but that's a whole different topic. Before you know it we are going to be dying our whole bodies different colors! Wait a minute! Maybe that's why the Capitol people in the Hunger Games had different colored bodies. Weird.

Well there is your rant for the day/week. Stay classy and remember that you don't need to make your body different colors to be beautiful! "You are beautiful in every single way!" (That's a song by Christina Aguilera if you didn't know that called "Beautiful"...and I gave credit to the author so you can't get mad at me!) Don't change yourself because others want you to or to fit in.

In the future! The history of Nail polish, YOLO, fangirling, favorite characters! Get excited!

Exam Results

So during my English class this last school year my teacher showed me this video. With AP results coming out soon I thought I would share this video with you. Personally I feel like they have taken way to long to get here but now that they are I feel like they caught me off guard.

After we watched the video we had a little discussion about whether or not we let exam results decide our fate. I can't remember exactly what was said but a majority of it was that that focus so much about your grades. If you fail an exam it isn't the end of the world. Something along those line! Let me know what you think in the comments!

I hope I helped a little bit. If I didn't I hope the video did. Stay classy and remember that I believe in you and don't lose hope!

In the future! Nail polish rant, YOLO, fangirling! What could those possibly be about?

Communication (Part 2)

So I kinda forgot about last weeks post...I got a little busy and when I got home I was too exhausted to do anything. Since I feel like communication is really important we are going to continue from the last time I talked about this. So lets get to it!

Have you ever had this conversation?

Parent: "You all packed?"
You: "For what?"
Parent: "We are going on vacation!"
You: "Really? When?"
Parent: "Tomorrow. I told you that."
You: "What?! No you didn't."
Parent: "Sure I did." *walks away*

I don't know if I've had that exact conversation but I have had similar situations. So here's the point I want to make. Make sure you tell people important information. Also even if you tell them that make sure they actually heard you because many times people will be in shock or too tired to understand what you are actually saying. Does that make sense?

I don't know if I told you this but I'm not exactly the best at communicating. For example sometimes I will just make a noise. Just like a squeak or something. No, it's not just when I'm surprised. I will just make a noise to express my feeling. I don't know why it just happens.

In my last communication post I gave an example of a confusing conversation. After I published that post I got to thinking about and found some other confusing parts of it. So let's get into that shall we? We shall.

So this is that conversation:

"What channel is it?"
"What?"
"What channel is it?"
"I don't know what you're looking for."
"I don't know what's on."
"..."

How did you read "What?" That's what I want to know because you can either read it as "What are you talking about" or "What program". Depending on how you say something it can mean something totally different. There was an example of this in Cars. When Lightning McQueen said "Yeah okay" to Sally (the blue car) and she was all like "Well what does that mean?" Do you remember that? No? Darn. Just watch the movie again and you'll see what I'm talking about. After all it is a good movie.

Alright now for the major ranting part of the post. Contractions. You know "it's"," you're", "don't", all those good things. Well I have come to learn that you aren't supposed to use them when writing a paper. Why? Because it doesn't sound as professional. That doesn't make any sense to me. In school we had to learn about how contractions work. It was one of the first things we learned. I don't know about you but I had a whole worksheet on how they worked and what "would" and "not" would combine to become. I probably had a test on it too! It was called phonics. So here's my problem. Why did we learn it if we aren't supposed to use it? It doesn't make any sense!

Okay now for a more serious matter. My pastor actually talked about words on Sunday (which actually reminded me about this post). Anyway he gave an illustration that he really likes and I kinda like to. Okay take a bottle of toothpaste and push all of the toothpaste out. You don't actually have to do this just imagine if you want. Okay now that all the toothpaste is out try to put it back in. How's that going? Not that well? Yeah. That's the point. You can't put the toothpaste back in. If you don't believe me then try it. Think of the toothpaste as words. It is really easy to let all of these words out but its a lot harder to take them back. Just think about the next time you want to say something mean to someone.

Well that's it for this long awaited post (just kidding). I just decided (literally like a minute ago) that at the very very end, so after this little paragraph I would list topics I plan on writing about. Just so you know and hopefully keep you interested so you come back! Stay classy and be careful what you say to people. Say one thing and you could loose a friend. Words are powerful. Use them wisely.

In the future! Nail polish, fangirling, and YOLO! What?!

Bracelets :)

I make bracelets. I might have mentioned that in my very first post but I don't know how many of you actually know that. They aren't super fancy. They are really just a bunch of strings tied in a bunch of knots. They are more of friendship bracelet I guess. I make patterns and some with some neat pictures.

Now I shall show you some of them (sorry if the picture aren't the best).

Those are regular pattern friendship bracelets. They are the ones I tend to stick to just because you can memorize the pattern and don't have to have the design with you all the time. It can be harder to find a pattern with exactly what you want especially if it has a TV show theme or something like that.

This is a alpha pattern bracelet. They take longer than the normal pattern friendship bracelet and tend to use more string. You can pretty much make one of these as long as you have a grid picture of what you want. I don't do these ones as much. I want to but once I start making one it tends to take longer and then I go to doing regular pattern ones again.

These are kumihimo bracelets. You need a kumihimo disk (if you want to know what it looks like just search it in Google images) to make these ones. For these I feel like the patterns are can be a lot of the same so I don't make many of those either.

I also make key chains! It tends to be easier to make a key chain with an alpha pattern but a regular pattern would work too. Sometimes with the alpha patterns they are either too short or too long. It's okay if its to short because you can just add more rows. If it's too long...you can't really fix that. Plus they can be rather wide. But they are still worth making because you can just use it as a bookmark. Or if you glue on a magnet to the back of it you can use it as a magnet.

Okay, now I'm going to rant a little bit. A while back I saw one style of bracelets in particular that was being sold in stores (yes, the ones to the right). Then I figured out how to make it. They use a different kind of string but if I had that string I could make the exact same thing. Now I'm seeing regular chevron pattern bracelets being sold. Seriously? That is so lame! You can buy a like nine feet of string for 30 cents and you can make that same bracelet. I don't know why this bugs me so much. It's probably because I know how easy it is to make those. You can make cooler bracelets than what is being sold at the stores and you would probably save money (depending on how large you made your bracelet). You could make two of the bracelets in my first picture for the same bracelet at the store. Okay, this may seem silly to you but it really does bug me. Rant over.

How do I find the patterns and what not? Well I found two websites that have thousands of designs for each style on them (friendship-bracelets.net and braceletbook.com in case you were wondering). They also have tutorials. So if you are bored watching TV you can make bracelets while watching you favorite TV show (that's what I do).

I have made some cooler designs (especially in the alpha pattern) but I gave those to my friends. They are a great way to show your appreciation to your friends.

I hope this was somewhat interesting and gave you an idea of something to do if you are really bored over the summer. Stay classy and don't forget to have fun this summer!

Mosquito Cat

Hello everyone! I'm back from vacation and I'm going to give a quick update about stuff...

In my last post I told you that my cat got injured again. Well we took him to the vet and they shaved his stomach so that that could actually see what happened. Well he ended up having two scratches about 4 inches long. We think it came from a fence...no idea how that happened. So they glued him back together (wow that sounds strange...) and then gave him an antibiotic shot because we were leaving for vacation.

Vacation was a lot of fun. We played a TON of minigolf. On average we played 3 or 4 rounds each day. We were kinda disappointed with the souvenir shops because there weren't really any that we were used to only a bunch of bargain beachwear stores. Oh my goodness. They really like the neon colors. It was awesome! I wanted to buy so many of their tank tops because they were bright and pretty and really soft but they always had a print on it that I didn't want. If they didn't have a print they wanted you to put one on it so I only bought one without a print.

They were small but there were a million.
On the last day we came back we went to a Cyprus Garden. It was really nice and we went on a canoe ride thing in a swamp and that was really cool. We saw lots of alligators too. Once the canoe ride was over we just started walking through the garden. It was nice but it would have been better if I hadn't gotten 25+ mosquito bites in an hour. It was awful. Everywhere itched at the same time and I just wanted to jump into a pool to make it stop. I had a ring of mosquito bites around my thighs right below where my shorts ended. Absolutely ridiculous. I also had six on each of my elbows which I think is one of the worst places to get them.

Hopefully the post next week will be a little more interesting for you. I don't know. Stay classy and don't forget to were bug spray when going into a swamp.

Cat Collar Shopping

This is going to be a random post. After my post last week I think a shorter one would be kinda nice. So this is just some of the news that has happened in my life this past week.

Story #1:
So I saw my cat zonked out (that means sleeping hard core if you didn't know that) on my parents bed. So I went to pet him because he was so cute and I felt like petting him. When I get there I notice that a spot on his chest is lacking of some of his fur. Taking a closer look he has two scratches on his chest.

When I went to pet him he woke up and started licking and licking and licking and licking and licking it. I swear he's licking it SO much. Any way we are taking him to the vet because we want to make sure he's okay and we are leaving for vacation tomorrow.

Cutest fight ever :)
Sigh my stupid cat is once again injured and we think its from our neighbors cat. Not entirely sure but that's our best guess.

Story #2:
I went shopping with my friends expecting to get a boat load of clothes. That was a major fail. I didn't get anything and my friends each got one shirt. Total fail and somewhat disappointing for spending all day shopping.

Story #3:
I had graduation. Yes, I did graduate. Anyway not the point. We had to be at the school super early (and then we didn't do anything for an hour and a half...but that's not the point). With the robes we were supposed to wear all the girls got a collar to tape (the tape was like the tape you get for name tags) onto their robe. Well I forgot mine. Oops. Don't worry! That had extra ones and they helped me put it on (they had duct tape though...much more affective).

I think that's pretty much it for my update. I wanted to keep it somewhat short. Besides that though my friend invited me to help her with another project she is doing. It's this blog called Smiles No Matter :) and I think you should check it out because it is pretty awesome. Plus, you can read about my awkward moments in life (if that is any incentive).

Oh yeah. I'm going on vacation so there probably won't be another post next week. Sorry. Have a classy day and don't forget to keep your cat away from your neighbors cat! Sigh, stupid cat.

Friendship

Sorry I'm late again on posting. I got home yesterday and was completely exhausted. Not to mention that this post took a lot longer to write then I thought it would. It is rather long. Anyway here it is! Enjoy!

What is friendship? Well that's a tricky question. It varies from person to person. This is what Google says the meaning of friendship is:

  1. The emotions or conduct of friends; the state of being friends.
  2. A relationship between friends.
Really helpful right? That's probably why we all have our own definitions of friendship. I don't really now how to put my "definition" into words or even a one sentence explanation. It's not just "Oh yeah I have friends that I hang out with sometimes." It's so much more. For me friendship isn't just about talking and hanging out with people. It's what you DO for that person. Do you help them when they need help? Do feel awful if you get in an argument and want to find someway to fix it right away? Do you stand up for them if others talk badly about them or do you join in?

Everybody shows their friendship in a different way. Some go with the talking route; so they give their friends a lot of compliments and openly say how awesome their friends are. Others take the actions route; helping their friends through their actions. There are a lot of other ways people can show their friendship. I prefer actions because I think its harder for somebody to do something for somebody without really caring. People can lie and get away with actually feeling bad for something. Actions are harder to fake. At least I think so.

Every relationship requires a give and take. This is the same with friendships. You can NOT keep asking for something over and over again and never return the favor. Say you're at lunch with your friend and everyday at lunch you ask if someone will go across the street with you to buy lunch. Do you have that friend that always goes with you? Yeah, most people do. I happen to be one of those friends. Now say that same friend asks you to go with them. Do you go? I sure hope you said yes. I have been so annoyed when people refuse to help me even though I have helped them so many times I can't keep count (not that I would want to but still). For me personally I getting to the point where I was just done. If I wasn't going to get any help in return why should I return the favor. That may sound selfish but after always helping people it makes sense.

Think back to the same situation I was just ranting about. If you go with your friend do you go to benefit yourself? Is the first thing you ask "Will you buy me something?" when you already have a lunch? Now who sounds selfish. I never ask that question. When I do think about myself it's more of a "Will I be back in time for class" type of question. If you're going with your friend just so you can get something for free I don't think that's a very good friendship. That almost seems like you are using your friend. Also not good.

I have had friendships where I have felt like I was being used. Those friendships don't last very long. If you have a friend who has a special talent and makes awesome stuff don't use them as a source to get free stuff. Once or twice is okay but you can't expect them to keep making everything for you. Especially if they are using their own money to buy the materials. Plus they can begin to feel used.

Everybody has disagreements from time to time. Everybody is different and has different ideas and beliefs which is going to cause arguments. However, you can NOT go up to your friend say something that makes them cry and then walk away happily. 1) That's just not okay. You are their friend you should not be making them cry. 2) You made them cry you should have to deal with it. When you walk away you cause other people to "clean up your mess" 3) That should not make you happy. If you are happy because you made a FRIEND cry you should really think about your friendship.

I had my last day of high school and either people are really upset because they aren't going to see some of their friends again or they don't really care because you make your real friends in college. I have an issue with both of these. Firstly, who says when you make your real friends. With that mindset of course you aren't going to have the best friends in high school. Secondly if you don't want to lose your friends then don't. Keep in contact. Make sure you hang out together when you can. Isn't that why we have all of these social networks? Or are they just there so you can complain to everybody and get grief? Or show how popular you are?

That's another thing. Social networks. How many friends do you have on Facebook? How many Twitter followers do you have/follow? Do you actually talk to all these people. Are you ACTUALLY friends or have you just heard of them because they are one of the popular kids in school? All my friends of Facebook I have talked to on a daily basis at one point in my life. I know every single person. I don't have that many and that's fine with me.

A while ago I told some of my friends "If they don't want to be my friend that's fine. I don't really care." Something along those lines and their reaction was something of "That's so mean!" First off, I didn't mean for that to be mean. It's how I feel. Going into high school I tried to be friends with them and I was shot down. That showed me that they didn't want to be my friend. Instead of sucking up to them and continually trying to be their friends I moved on. I already had friends. I already had my best friends. I didn't NEED anymore friends. Now if somebody wanted to be my friend I wouldn't shoot them down. I am willing to make a new friendship. If somebody shot me down already and then want to be my friend, sure I'll be nice and talk to them but I don't know if we will be actual friends in my mind. I'm not trying to be mean. I have a certain definition of "friend" and it's rather strict.

We were signing yearbooks this last week. One of my friends asked me if I had a lot of signatures. I said no and that I don't need a lot. I prefer my close friends to write as much or as little as they want. If they take up a whole page awesome. If they don't that's awesome too. If they do write a whole page it doesn't need to be entirely heartfelt. Whenever I take up a picture I always add a picture and just random ramblings just so I can say I took up a whole page. I don't need all these people to sign my yearbook just to say something nice and to wish me luck in the future. Besides half the time people always complain about how they never know what to say when people they haven't really talked to want them to sign their yearbook. I'm not putting them in that situation, they should thank me (just kidding). If someone wants me to sign their yearbook I will have them sign mine as well. Why? Because that seems like the polite thing.

I requiring theme in these last two paragraphs is NEED. What I want and what I need is entirely different. But that's a whole different discussion.

If a friend tells you something really exciting what would your response be? Would you be extremely excited and want to know everything or would you suddenly change the subject because you've had a sucky day and don't care about the good fortune your friend has. I don't know about you but when I'm in a bad mood I at least pretend to show interest in my friends good fortune. Even when they change the subject on me.

I have been very lucky. I have amazing friends. Ever since we've known each other I think the longest we have ever been mad at each other is less than 24 hours. That's pretty impressive if you ask me. Now I'm not saying that I'm the perfect friend. I try but nobody's perfect and sometimes you're just in a bad mood to be the perfect friend.

Think about what kind of a friend you have been. Really think about it. Truthfully. Have you been a sucky friend? Have you done some things you regret doing (in terms of friends...focus on that right now)? How do you want your friends to treat you? Then treat them the same way. If you're worried about losing your friends then maybe you should think about how you're treating them.

It really bugs me when I witness people being stupid with how they treat their friends. I tend to be on both sides of every argument and it stresses me out when I see my friends in an argument. Why? Because I find friendship EXTREMELY important and it bugs me when people take it for granted.

Well I'm done ranting. I hope that made you think. If you have questions or need advice I'm willing to help just let me know. Stay classy and remember to cherish your friends because they take a lifetime to make and a moment to lose (yes I know, its really cheesy but its true).

Here's a fun song about friendship...with super heroes! I want to be your friend forever!

Darn!

I'm sorry! I know I said that I would make a post about friendship for yesterday but I ended up going to a friends house. It was rather fun if I do say so myself. We acted like five year olds on a playground and then had yummy chicken lasagna. After eating we learned the cup song! We spent a good couple hours doing that and it didn't even seem like fifteen minutes. Good times with awesome friends!

Oh yeah! This is the cup song...Well a mash up of the cup song. In case you didn't know what I was talking about...

Well that was kinda like a post about friendship...or not. This coming Friday I will make a post about friendship. I won't have anything going on and will be able to spend time making a post that could actually be of good quality (but probably not). I would have done one today and not said anything but I have an AP Biology test I've been studying for and didn't have the time I needed to make a good long post. The only reason I wrote this was because I needed a break...and procrastination (the story of a senior in high school...stupid senioritus). Anyway, if your reading this then you must really like my blog for some strange reason. I'm sorry if you came on Friday hoping for a really good post and ended up being disappointed.

So..um yeah...stay classy and remember to enjoy life because its fun. Good grief I have no idea what I'm talking about right now. You should tell me what kind of posts you want me to do. I could write a story (probably more humorous depending on how serious you would want it to be), if you want me to answer a question, and anything else! I'm welcome to ideas since I'm "walking blindly" so to speak.

Mind Explosion

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Um...are you okay?"

"What? Oh yeah. I'm just studying right now. Well sort of. I can't really focus. There are so many things going on right now."

"Um, do you think maybe you could focus. I kinda really need you to focus right now."

"Um. Maybe. I'll try."

That is the current conversation with my mind on a daily basis right now. What am I talking about? Well there are so many things I need to do right now that I can't seem focus on any one item. I have to study for AP tests which are coming up. I have school in general going on. There are people being annoying. There are my cats that won't leave me alone. And then there is YouTube and Facebook and really just the internet in general.

At the moment I really need to study for AP Biology. I got this review book thing that you read through and it reminds you of all the information you have forgotten. I haven't actually started reading it yet though... I mean I looked at the first section and it just looks so gross! I mean really gross and boring. How the heck am I supposed to focus on reading that stuff?! I start reading and then I think about if I actually have homework in that class or I wonder what fun thing I could make. Instead of writing a super long paragraph of what is going through my mind (which is a lot at the same time) I will just write the thoughts that are going on:

Study, Thirsty, YouTube, New Song, Cat, Cat Video, Focus! Study!, Classical Conditioning, Bored, What Was That Noise, Study, Hungry, Candy? No, Study, Boooooorrrrrreeeeeedddddd, I Can Do This, Study, No I Can't, Be Positive, Understand What You're Reading, It's too haaarrrrdddd!, Don't Be a Wimp!, I'm Not!, Gosh dang it! What was that word? It was in bold print which must means its important, Thirsty, Dying, I need a break, Not Yet!, Ooooh Facebook Notification, No! Study!, Eye's hurt!, Focus, Hmm What Should I Blog About, Oh Hey! I finished the Paragraph...Wait...What was it about?, Ah Man! Now I Have to Read it All Over Again!

Well that's about it. I have nothing important to talk to you about today. Sorry I missed a Friday (I doubt you even noticed) but that's why I'm posting this today. I plan on writing a rather serious blog on Friday...maybe. We'll see how serious it really is. It will be about friendship because recently (actually all semester) I have been extremely annoyed with people and how they interact with their friends. So yeah, if you're interested in that you can read that.

Speaking of friends my friend told me this so I thought I'd share it with you: YODO. You only die once. So you better make it count. I don't know if that is really all that funny to you but I found it rather humorous. Anyway stay classy and remember to keep you're mind on track, if you can...

P.S. The poll I took ended a while ago. The winner was "stay classy and (something random)" by a whopping two votes and the runner up was "Those are lame..." with one vote. If you missed out you can leave a comment! If you hated all the options tell me what you think I should have used. Basically just leave a comment! I might actually reply (I will "I promise (and when I promise I never EVER break that promise. Ever." ~ Rapunzel from Tangled (This is how my mind works...))).

Why So Serious

I bet you think I'm going to go on some rant about why people annoy me. Well I'm not...today anyway. Instead I'm going to share a song with you because it makes me happy and I really like it.

So I really just like the chorus. It reminds me of something but I can't think of what. If I figure it out I will tell you. But when I first read the title the first thing I thought of was:

Half the time I think that's how they are going to say it but I'm wrong. Oh well. Anyway I really like this group (this is Kpop again if you didn't know so they are speaking Korean) but there is normally five people but in this one there's four. That made me sad and curious so I googled it. Apparently the fifth guy broke his nose and had surgery and is in bed rest. I don't know how I feel about that but hey, at least the song is fun!

Thanks for reading! Don't forget to stay classy and remember that you don't always have to be serious. Take time to have fun once in a while. It will help keep you happy.

P.S. You have one more day left to vote on the poll on the side. <-- that way but upward too. I will tell you guys the results probably next week!

Cat Ate Tissue

So this is going to be a rather random post. I have all these short stories and stuff that I think you might enjoy (I don't know maybe you won't). One of stories isn't really a story its more of a "this bothers me" which I guess happens a lot...

Story #1
I don't know if you know this or not but I have two cats. One day my cats were very hyper (this isn't that uncommon for them). I knew this because I could hear them running around upstairs. Eventually I decided I needed to go upstairs to my room, so up the stairs I went. As I stepped onto the very top of the stairs and into the hallway my cat comes running out of the room right next to the stairs and runs right into my leg. I almost fell over! My poor cat seemed dazed at first and then ran into the other room again.

Story #2
I ate a cricket! Okay...it wasn't a plain old cricket it was a chocolate covered cricket. It wasn't that large either, it was less than an inch. Basically it was a little cricket stuck in the middle of a block of chocolate. Why did I eat a cricket? It was for my AP Psychology class! I can't really remember what the point of it was. Probably something to do with culture and the norms of each country or something along that line.

Before I actually ate it you had to get the courage to actually eat it. I know what you're thinking. "How long could that take just put the cricket in your mouth and eat it! I doubt you could even see the cricket!" Well the problem was that a dude next to me had a cricket whose leg was sticking out of the chocolate. So that was a little disturbing. I hadn't (is that a word? It seems so strange...) opened my cricket yet so I was hoping that I would have that same problem. Well when I opened it the first thing I saw was a cricket staring at me. I'm not afraid of crickets or bugs but seeing it staring at me startled me and caused me to drop the cricket. There was a huge crack in my chocolate so you could see the entire body of the cricket. Rather unsettling. Then of course everybody else around the room ate there's so I ate mine and it just tasted like cheap chocolate. It wasn't that crunch, there was a slight crunch but nothing that is terribly unsettling. I was going to take a picture of the chocolate covered cricket but then I couldn't because it startled me.

This is the pin I got. It's rather large...
The whole thing came in this nifty little package along with a pin! So I now have a pin that says "I Ate A Bug Club!" That happened. Anyway, I looked at the package and it had the ingredients on it. I tried to take a picture but you couldn't read them so I will just list them for you now.
  • Milk Chocolate
  • Salt
  • Vanillin
  • Many Other ingredients I'm too lazy to type out
  • One Oven-Roasted Cricket
Not only did I eat a cricket, I ate an oven-roasted cricket! That must mean I was healthier than those people that eat just a plain old raw cricket right? You know...like almonds. I just find it funny that they put that there was a cricket in it in the instructions (because for some reason I didn't know that was going to be there) and the fact that it was oven-roasted. I wonder if that's why it wasn't very crunchy...

Story #3
When you go to blow your nose you normally grab a tissue. Well, at least I hope you do instead of just using your sleeve. Recently I opened a new box of tissues. You know how a tissue is really two thin pieces stuck together? Well now there is three pieces stuck together. At first I thought I just magically pulled out another one that first time. Nope. They are all like that. It really bugs me because now the tissue is super thick. I don't know if that's good or not but its throwing me off.

Well that's it for this week. Thanks for reading. Sorry if it was lame or weird or whatever other complaints you might have. Stay classy and don't be afraid to try something new you never know what you can learn from it!

P.S. The poll is going for another two weeks! You should vote before time runs out!

Liquid Pencils!

The evolution of the pencil:
The stick

The new and improved stick: A Pencil
*dramatic music as light shines from above*

The new and improved pencil: The Mechanical Pencil
Hallelujah! No more sharpening!

The new and improved mechanical pencil: The Liquid Pencil

I don't know about you but I am extremely excited about this. A liquid pencil! It's like a pen only a pencil! Granted they do have erasable pens but I just don't feel like they always worked that great. With this new liquid pencil you don't have to click or worry about breaking lead or adding lead! The only thing you need to worry about is the eraser which seems slightly small but that's okay. Gives you an excuse to buy erasers (which I really like).

I really want to get a liquid pencil. Just so I can at least determine whether it is as cool as I imagine it to be. Plus people always complain about how a normal pencil isn't as smooth as writing with a pen (which I tend to agree) so this could help with that too. Plus no squeaking! Ever take a math test and while you're doing the math on your test excitedly and quickly because you actually know how to solve the problem this time and then SQUEAK! your pencil squeaks and alerts the whole class that your writing? Yeah, me too. I hate that. Especially when no matter how you write it just keeps squeaking. So annoying.

My friend got them and says that they don't work that well though. This made me very sad. However, I still want one but think it might be better to let them improve it (if they actually do) before I actually buy them.

Just thought I would let you know. Stay classy and don't erase everything because something you write could save a life one day.

P.S. There is a poll on the left hand side! You should do it!

Communication

The definition of "communication" according to Google is:
  1. The imparting or exchanging of information or news.
  2. A letter or message containing such information or news.

Basically we use it to talk to people to let them know how we are feeling, what we want them to know, to comfort them, or whatever else our silly little brains decide we need to say. It's such a simple thing yet can cause so many problems and misunderstandings.

I believe that most of the arguments people get into is from a misunderstanding of what one person says. Think about your most recent argument. If it was about a difference of opinions. What probably happened (this is just my observation of what normally happens. Don't start yelling at me if I'm wrong.) was you tried to convince them that your opinion is correct and there's is incorrect. As you were arguing you were trying to find a way to make that person understand what is going on in your head. I don't know about you but when I try to do this I can never express myself in the way the would best express what is actually going on in my head. It is extremely frustrating.

As humans we have become more and more used to communication and have created short cuts to make our conversations take less time. For example:

  1. They're = they are (are we too lazy to say two whole words and we just made one?!)
  2. lol = laugh out loud (too lazy to type three words out...pretty soon we are going to be making up our own abbreviations like "iduwyta" Translation: I don't understand what you're talking about (well that seems to explain everything extremely well)
  3. it = anything in the world
  4. he = Steve (but only if you know who you're talking about)

I recently had a conversation that went like this:

"What channel is it?"
"What?"
"What channel is it?"
"I don't know what you're looking for."
"I don't know what's on."
"..."

What is this it you speak of? You don't know? Then why didn't you just ask "Do you know what's on?" I don't understand! It doesn't make any sense!

I have noticed a lot of experiences like this occurring. Sometimes my friends won't even say anything just make facial expressions and wave their hands randomly and I will translate the meaning. How? Good at deduction I guess (honestly though, I have no idea). Recently I have done it so much that now my friends will be eating, mumble something incomprehensible, and then point to me expecting me to translate. Half the time I'm not even paying attention to their conversation and am talking to somebody else when they start waving at me and expect me to know why. I'm sorry, I don't understand mime. If I knew what you were talking about I might be able to make a reasonable guess but with no context I will either say "I don't know" or I will make something up.

Also I realize that sometimes things happen and you are annoyed and don't want to talk about it more than you have to. However, if you tell somebody at a large table where many conversations are occurring and then expect everybody to know what you said you are greatly mistaken. If I ask you about it later and you get mad at me because you already told "everybody" think about when you told everybody. Was I actually there? Was I actually in your conversation? Why would I be asking if I already knew the answer? It doesn't make any sense to get mad at me (or anyone else for that matter) because they ask you a question they know the answer to. If you have answered the same question many times for the same person, fine, you get at least tell that person that you already told them and if they say "No, you didn't" obviously they have poor memory or are just being mean.

I hate the question "Do you know...?" Because never know if they are asking you because they want to know or if they know and want to know if you know and if you don't know they will tell you (did that make sense?) It's a double sided question and half the time you answer wrong and then they get mad at you.

The of course there is gossip. Don't do it. Just don't. It may seem fun but I guarantee you that the person that it is about will eventually hear it and then it will just create more chaos then there needs to be. If you hear something from your friends brother that heard it from this guy that was told by this guy on his team that his girlfriend was told by her cousin that this happened stop and think. Is the source really credible? Yes? Do you even know who that person is?! Probably not. Plus what happens through that long chain of conversation is a game of telephone. I seriously doubt that the original comment will be told the correct way. Everybody interprets facial expressions and voice inflections differently. Plus some people probably don't care what happens to the person the rumor is about and could make it sound more exciting so their friends think they are cooler than they actually are.

We use communication all the time. Heck. We even use it when talking to our pets and our pets use it to communicate to us. Do we understand it? No, not always. Communication is an amazing thing and really helps us to get along but it can also tear people apart. One little slip or failure to filter what you're saying can cause you to lose a friend. With communication comes the responsibility of understand what is being said. If what is being said is misunderstood what was the point of saying it? If I say something and you ask me to repeat it and then I say never mind I guarantee that it wasn't that important. If I don't repeat it it wasn't that important. If it's a joke you missed it and it's no longer funny. If I have something important to say I will tell you.

Well this has been a long post and I got side-tracked. I wasn't going to talk about half of that and didn't talk (write? whatever) about what I wanted to so I will probably make another post about this. Hopefully it will be more humorous and shorter. Oh, sorry if there are a ton of grammatical errors.

Don't forget to stay classy and don't cause problems that can be prevented simply by closing your mouth.

Poll Update

Okay so I had a poll for how I should end my blogs open for two weeks and I got one vote. So I'm going to try this again. I realize a lot of you probably didn't see it because I haven't posted anything in a while (I'm sorry!). I will have it open for a month this time. For the mean time I will end my blog posts the way the person that voted (thank you for voting by the way) wants and if I still don't really get an answer I will just stick with what they want. I don't think its fair to ignore that person's vote because nobody else voted so that is what is going to happen.

Stay classy and remember to eat ice cream, especially during the summer because it's hot. Just don't eat a whole container everyday that can't be healthy. Basically give yourself a treat...

Fun Fact #1

Attention! On the side left side of this blog there should be a place where you can vote on how you think I should end my blog posts. It will be up for two weeks so make sure you vote!!!

Now for the main event:

So I might be starting a sort of series where I just tell you a fun fact. They will be short and quick and I think that will be nice because you don't want to be reading a paper every time you come on this blog. Right? I think so. I found this awesome YouTube channel that gives fun facts everyday for the year. That's probably where this idea came from. Anyway instead of telling you what they said, just watch the video!

I don't know about you but when he was reading the song title I started to zone out and missed some of it. So I thought I would type it out for you. You're Welcome.

"The Sad But True Story of Ray Mingus, The Lumberjack Of Bulk Rock City, And His Never Slacking Stribe In Exploiting The So Far Undiscovered Areas Of The Intention To Bodily Intercourse From The Opposite Species Of His Kind, During Intake Of All The Mental Condition That Could Be Derived From Fermentation"

I also found the song surprisingly enough so if you are curious to know what the song actually sounds like here it is:

It's surprisingly short for how long the song title is. Well hope you enjoyed that. Have a fantabulous day and look out for strange lumberjacks!

Random Friend Blogging

About a month ago I decided that I was going to post something every Friday because I really had nothing better to do. Right after making that decision I actually started to have stuff to do. "What?! You were being social? I don't believe you!" No! It's true. I had a birthday party to go to and then helped my friend make cookies and I can't remember what else but I really was being social. However, I don't think that will happen as much anymore so here I am blogging. Is it a Friday that I'm actually typing this? Maybe, maybe not.

Some of the posts might be rather short because I don't want to type five pages all the time and exciting stuff (that, my friends, is a word that will get your English teachers to yell at you whether you want them to or not) doesn't happen to me all the time. Whether you think it does or not it really doesn't. A lot of the posts might be about Kpop because the millions and millions of Kpop groups that are out there are ALL releasing new songs plus new groups are coming out. So if I have nothing better to talk about that will be what I talk about.

I have the best friend ever! Remember how I'm psychotic about having a pen name and not being able to figure it out before? Well my friend fixed it! Isn't that exciting! She is a super duperly smartical (I don't care if those aren't real words) person and you should go check out her blog. Yes, I have mentioned her before and said something along the lines of "really good at the whole blogging thing". Well it's true and when I asked her how she figured it out she said, "clicking around". Pretty awesome if I do say so myself. This means that I will actually respond when you comment! Isn't that exciting?! No? ...Well this is awkward.

I like scarves. They're really soft and warm and just really nice. Only problem is half the time I don't know what to wear it with. Unfortunate right? Yeah, I think so too.

So I was thinking that know that I don't have to put "Scooby" at the end of each post I should have some sign off thing (I guess its not really a sign off because I'm not signing off of anything but you get the point). I think I have one but I'm not really sure yet. I will stick with that one for now until I think of a better one. Might even have you vote. If you have any ideas you should let me know!

Have a fantabulous day and be sure to rub your face on a nice soft scarf.

P.S. I'm not really sure if this works as well anymore...
